Auto-Invoice turns incoming contractor invoices into a reviewed payment schedule. It monitors a dedicated Gmail inbox, extracts invoice attachments, validates key data, flags errors, and keeps humans in control before anything is approved.

Instead of manually opening emails, downloading attachments, copying totals into spreadsheets, and building payment schedules by hand, the system helps turn incoming invoice files into structured records ready for review.
